Creative grooming

Ever since the dogs, in addition to the applied ones, began to perform also a decorative function, the owners do not leave the desire to embellish them in every possible way.
Currently, a whole line of hairdressing has appeared – creative grooming, designed to draw the attention of others to the pet’s appearance.

Varieties of creative grooming

Today’s hairdressers are much more sophisticated than their predecessors. Today, to draw attention to a pet, a lot of all kinds of design findings and creative ideas are used. The most common and funniest ones:

  1. Cutting amusing pictures of varying degrees of difficulty on the dog’s fur. This procedure, oddly enough, looks better on short-haired dogs. Playboy bunnies, funny bees, funny flowers, and sometimes whole panels decorate the sides and back of the pet. Of course, in order to create such a masterpiece, you need to have a remarkable talent of an artist and just a filigree technique of a groomer, because at first the drawing is applied to the body of the animal and only then, centimeter by centimeter, is cut by the master.
  2. Glitter tattoo. A fun rainbow-colored decal is glued to your pet’s body for a glamorous look. Holding for about a month, it resists the claws and teeth of the animal and does not cause any damage to its well-being.
  3. Canine pedicure. Today you will not be surprised by the fact that the groomer carefully cares for the client’s claws. Cutting and filing has long become commonplace. But this was not enough for the masters. The latest squeak of modern creativity is painting a dog’s claws in bright, defiant colors.
  4. Dyeing the dog’s coat in different colors. At all sorts of competitions, you can see poodles, shining with a coat of acid shades, or dogs of other breeds, painted to look like a zebra, lion or panda. It looks, though original, but a little creepy. And then, many caring people are worried about the question – does not such an amount of paint harm the health of the animal?
  5. Piercing. Although this procedure is not directly related to wool, but due to its particular popularity, it is simply impossible not to mention it. Those who adhere to the traditional views pierce the ears of the pet by hanging a bright carnation or ring there, the rest insert the jewelry into the lip or cheek of the animal.
  6. Decorative ornaments. All kinds of bows and beads, with which it is customary to decorate the hairstyles of dogs of long-haired breeds in abundance, in comparison with the above techniques, look just childish babble. However, such hairpins, due to their cheapness and ease of use, remain one of the most common ways to dress up a pet.
